I see you used stock wheels with 2” rear spacers. Did you need to lift the front any? I have 2022 DRW with rear air and my truck is already sitting basically level so i would not be interested in further raising the front and i do like the 11.5 37’s you have.

I do believe the HO SRW with Aisin tranny has the 12” rear and the standard output SRW 3500 has the 11.5”. from all my research…the Ram literature is does not say for certain.
Yes, the standard output has a higher compression ratio than the HO. The HO has lower compression ratio so it can take more turbo boost to get to the higher output. So in practice, if you dont need the higher ratings, then standard output will be slightly more efficient (and cheaper).
