Sunroof Shade Blocking Full Closure of Sunroof
Issue solved. Took the truck to a local auto body shop and they fixed it. Somehow the back of the sun shade was bent in such a way as to interfere with the proper operation of the sunroof. -

Sunroof Shade Blocking Full Closure of Sunroof
2019 RAM 3500HD Limited. Yesterday, I opened the sunroof and noticed that the sun shade only opened partially. I hit the close button and the sunshade closed completely, but the sunroof partially closed with about a 4" opening. Clearly, the shade is blocking the sunroof from full closure...
