Best advice I can offer is try to keep equal pressure on the mirror as your working it off. It will pop out, just kinda go easy. I had a 2013 previously and had to replace the same signal light. Shattered the mirror when I grabbed and pulled. Worst case is you break it and snap a new one in.
Here. I got the smoked strip markers, which has the raised portion you can see in the pics. If you get the smoked dotted lens, it looks identical to the OEM marker except it's dark.
Several of the local Ram dealers have upfitter shops so I called a couple and asked where they send clients for leather. Both said the same location so I was able to chat with the rep before committing. Wouldn't hurt to call your local dealership and see if they can point you somewhere.
Factory steps would have been far more economical but were unavailable on the BH at time of order. That said, I don't mind the additional cost, primarily because my wife and kids no longer struggle to get in.
Sandi at MD said this morning the truck was unloaded at port yesterday and anticipates it hitting the dealership in a couple of weeks. It gets a little more real with each update.
I checked with Sandi at MD this morning regarding my 12-23 order and I'm currently in the trim stage of production. She anticipated another 2-3 weeks and it should have a train ticket to the dealer. Getting closer!
