Can someone w a Level 3 PW post your payload?

I thank everyone for the replies. I have not pulled the trigger yet. Have had a local deal lined up at 5% below invoice, which in this market is so highly tempting. But I am reaching a bit too far on my needs. I don't want to get a PW and add things for towing. I get that is not the primary...

Can someone w a Level 3 PW post your payload?

Thanks for all the new replies. Seems we are roughly 1100 - 1400. I really want a wagon but it might be a bit light for my needs. Thanks again all.

Can someone w a Level 3 PW post your payload?

Appreciate your reply. I know I'm reaching a bit. I want the Wagon and do offroad with my current truck. My trailer is 7000 LBs loaded, which is nothing for the powertrain. But tongue weight, family of 4, generator, fuel, equalizer hitch, etc and I figure my payload at 1600. My 1/2 ton is...

Can someone w a Level 3 PW post your payload?

Thanks for the replies, gentlemen. I would not order a sunroof, so I guess that will help increase payload a bit.

Can someone w a Level 3 PW post your payload?

I am having a hard time finding payload capacity for a 2022 L3 Power Wagon without Ram boxes. I realize other options affect payload. I found someone at 1276 LBS but think that build had the Ram boxes. Not sure if that affects much. Thanks!

    Considering a 2022 L3 PW

Great feedback. In reality, my current truck is rated to tow only 8900 or so, and it does fine, so I'm sure the Power Wagon would exceed my needs.

    Considering a 2022 L3 PW

Pulling 7k with a Duramax - or I am sure it is the same with a RAM Cummins - sort of spoils you. So easy. I was surprised my 6.2L 1/2 ton also does it easily, truth be told a 5.3L GM with a tow package is much more suited to the task. I have taken my AT4 off road with good success, but I...

    Considering a 2022 L3 PW

For me, you are probably right. I am in decent enough shape to lift my foot to the top of the bumper, but that won't always be too easy. Probably would order the RAM step as a starting point. Out of town dealer, but well worth it. Some local bozos have RAMs listed at 3-5k over. Not for me...

    Considering a 2022 L3 PW

I have long been drawn to the looks and amazing functionality of the Power Wagon. I currently have a 2020 6.2L AT4 1/2 ton. It has served me very well, not a single problem at 25k miles. I tow a 7000LB travel trailer about 6 times/year, and the 6.2L lets me pull up the Eisenhower at 70mph...

    Salesmen are clueless

I am contemplating ordering a 2022 L3 Power Wagon. With the packages I added, MSRP is 73.5. I can buy it for 65.5. My 2020 Sierra can be traded in for almost exactly what I paid 2 years ago, and it has 25,000 miles on it. I'm extremely tempted to do the deal. Never owned a RAM and have been...
