Just speculation, but with Tim Kuniskis newly in charge of RAM - along with Dodge - I suspect he's making some changes. He's quite engaged, and a real car guy, We can hope for improvement, as it certainly would be hard to do worse!

Please clarify. From your comments, I assume you bought a 3rd party warranty, NOT the Mopar factory extended warranty? If you have had this experience with the Mopar warranty I would be extremely surprised, as my experience has been the exact opposite.
