Mine showed up on Monday at the dealer. Apparently they got almost 50 sold units in the last 5 days. Made the trip to Lake Charles and picked it up on Tuesday. Everything I had hoped for and the folks at MD are great! Such an easy transaction. Ordered June1, built Oct 15. Took approximately 3...
If you live in an area serviced by Discount Tires buy the extended warranty for the factory tires ( around $35/tire) Unlimited rotating, balancing and mine will remount for free if I have the warranty. Also the warranty usually saves me $200 to $300 when I buy a new set so worth the investment.
For all you guys in the Northwest looks like the most likely route is west to California and then north. Seems like the port backup's in SOCAL may be affecting your transit times.
Built 10/18 Shipped 10/20
Up to 3 weeks to move to dealer once it arrives at the port of entry.

I think any status assigned prior to actual production began was a SWAG (scientific wild ass guess). I was in an out of D1 multiple times from order date and into September. Wait time before production began is really irrelevant. However, production scheduling should absolutely consider date...
I was told delivery was 12 to 14 weeks after production began. I ordered June 1 and built 10/16 so it seems like a long time but so far the schedule seems to be supporting what the dealer told me.
Given that most of the dealers seem to be unaware of the U5 TSB and the Y76 Recall it would make sense that you should make your ordering dealer aware of the issues so that they can be addressed in make ready when they arrive at the dealership. I personally dont want to sign for a new vehicle...
