Update to this mine was a ground fault, wire harness issues and one side had no nitrogen in it and had to be recharged. They still have not fixed my dead pedal issue

My 2021 has multiple ground faults and incorrectly installed wire harnesses. It seems to be a very common issue with them. Also try pushing in your fuses that has been known to cause similar issues.
