Looking for pics - 2500 Thuren 1" front & OEM rear air suspension

Just get the adjustable links from Thuren. My 2018 came with a front leveling kit and rear air, I raised the rear with Thuren links, added longer Fox shocks and was super happy. There was no noticeable change in the drive.

    Clearance for 37s

You'll want 25 area for no to minimal rubbing. I ran CJC Method 315s and 37s on a stock truck with very minor trimming.

Too much oil and poor dealer help

Yup. The most joy I had was working on my 69 Camaro. Learning to tune a carburetor with glass of water was such a cool experience, mainly cause I was wrenching with my pops again but only need a few tools to get busy.

Too much oil and poor dealer help

I would enjoy your truck and not live in fear. Every truck manufacturer has their issues right now with zero end in sight. A lot of people drive their trucks without issue and there’s probably a variable in there of ignorant people who have zero idea there’s an issue. No sense in enjoying your...

“Upgrade” to 2018 Ram 3500 Mega

Sounds like a nice truck! I went back to a 2018 myself. I don’t tow anything like you do but what I have done a diesel is a great upgrade. I say go for it if it makes financial sense.

They could have given you a new truck and spent less. Asinine.

Steering with 37s and Carli suspension

Tire pressure, tire size, tire type can all change the steering feel. So if you drove a Tremor package it’ll definitely feel different on tires alone

Kaodtech Security Module Bypass + JScan = Christmas Party on Dashboard

It should do that on its own. It’ll tell you the steps to take

I would say that can looks better than most I’ve seen but doesn’t look great.

Kaodtech Security Module Bypass + JScan = Christmas Party on Dashboard

Have to do ABS initialization process after tire size for it not to get pissed off. Make sure you’re in level ground and do that to clear lights

    Suspension Upgrade 2024 Ram 3500

Personally never enjoyed 5100s on any vehicle that’s had em, you feel the small imperfections a ton. Ultimately choice is yours to make but in my opinion the best option is to have a shock tuned to your springs so the shock valving and spring rates work together. Thats why so many enjoy Thuren...

    Tires 40x13.5R20 Can i use?

People have answered your questions, I was one of them. But I asked what your intended purpose was with no response. What people are trying to tell you is you wont be happy no matter how much money you will throw at it, based on what you're describing. Ive owned a PW and several diesels, Carli...

    Tires 40x13.5R20 Can i use?

For some reason people on here don’t understand a 40” tire mounted on a 20” wheel has the same sidewall as an 37” mounted on an 18” as most 40s run true to size vs most 37s. When Jeeps slap 1 ton axles on and change to an 8x6.5 bolt pattern, several people have switched to 20s to get better...

    Tires 40x13.5R20 Can i use?

I have to disagree with 20s off-road once you get a 40” or bigger tire on there, there’s plenty of sidewall the get comfort, sidewall forgiveness etc.. Plenty of Jeeps run 20s and 40s and bigger as it offers better tire choices. 40s however will not work on a stock PW. I ran 37s without issue...

Too much oil and poor dealer help

I went to a 2018 2500, still has emissions and have zero issues in the 2900 miles I’ve owned it. It sips def, regens without issue or frequency issues. I won’t go into everything and take this thread off topic but I wouldn’t buy anything 3/4-1 ton after 2018 or so. Everything has issues.

Too much oil and poor dealer help

Ram is really going far to keep you happy. It’s times like these I refer back to leadership training when dealing with an employee or customer, certain things you can do to salvage a relationship like bend a rule or overlook it just to keep the relationship positive. So many miss this mark...

New 24 Ram HD Damaged Prior to Purchase?

Having worked at new car dealers for several years in my high school/college years, this was done to cover up dirt, without a doubt. I have yet to see a 2500/3500 that didn’t have some level of mud dirt sand etc from transport. It’s possible they got a bit carried away with yours and tried to...

    2.75” Thuren Leveling Kit

I’ve had a few trucks with Thuren, great stuff. Their rear coils really add to the driving experience of their levels. The rear track bar is a very nice upgrade in itself. I went back to a 2018 and had f/r track bars ready to go for it. The rear feels much more in control over bumps, especially...
