My first choice was the walnut brown, but they said it was discontinued. My second choice was olive green and luckily I ordered in early July so I was able to get it.
Kenwood TM-D710G. I’m not too crazy about the positioning of the cup holder mount so I’m going to try one that fastens to the seat bolt. I’m also going to add an automatic power off switch so I don’t kill the battery when I eventually forget to turn the radio off. Antenna is a Pulse Larsen NMO2...
Installed a ham radio today. It was the first time I've done a mobile install. The unit fits under the driver's seat and the faceplate is on a lido cupholder mount. I was able to run the power and coax through a plastic drain plug in the floor also under the seat. Power went under the rocker and...
I like Pewag or Laclede; I think they're made in the USA. I live in the pacific northwest where I don't deal with lots of snow down at sea level but I do have to have chains for mountain passes. I went with square link because v-bar or studded chains are really bad for the road surfaces and...
I-5 Dodge in Chehalis. It took 2-ish weeks to get from Saltillo to Barnes Yard in Portland. For Moses Lake I could imagine a cut of rail cars getting dropped off in Idaho or in Hermiston and going the rest of the way by semi-truck, but what do I know.
I made an appointment with my dealer for next week. Then, I called to confirm that they're going to be able to perform the work. The guy I talked to said "Oh yeah, Y76.. we've been doing those". He said they run a test and if it passes you're good, and if it doesn't pass they call their...
Must be. I guess my only suggestion would be to find out if the Towing Technology Group (different from the Tech Package) would get you the power folding mirrors. Also, I had gone through about 5 dealers before I found one that could figure out how to order what I wanted. I got them on my 2022...
Looks like Level B Equipment Group and Towing Technology Group B will get you “black, power folding, heated trailer mirrors”.

Thanks! I got to drive it home this afternoon.
I did order it with the running boards. They show on my POC as sales code MR5 "Flat Whl-to-Whl Side Steps Chrome".
Thanks! I think they all have white lettering on one side of the tire and on mine they happen to have the tires mounted on the rim so the white is facing inward.
edit: I just read above that these base tires only come in blackwall.
Thank you! I haven't seen the inside yet.. dealer says I might have to wait until Monday to pick it up because they're backed up on doing inspections. I liked the tan interior that Ram has, but went with the black because my kids get everything dirty.
About those old B-bodies.. I know exactly...
My salesman just sent these pictures a few minutes ago of my truck that was just unloaded on the lot.
For those keeping track:
3500 Bighorn MC 6.7 SO (level B equipment group, pwr folding mirrors, surround view, 8.4" screen, no other tech options or sunroof)
Ordered 7/10
Estimated built date...
For new cars it is whatever the state and local combined tax rate is where the dealer is located. Washington State sales tax is 6.5% plus .3% for vehicle sales, then 1.7% local tax in Chehalis (8.5% is actually lower than the rate I pay in my rural town). I will pay this sales tax on the price...
Maybe in California, but not in Washington.
In WA you pay the sales tax of the locality where you buy the vehicle. The only exception would be if I bought the vehicle in say, Oregon which doesn't have sales tax I would then pay the rate of the place I live, plus .3%. For used cars you pay a...
I ordered a big horn mega cab srw. I can't say that I am getting a screaming deal compared to some others here, especially the Mark Dodge crowd. I'm getting 8.5% under MSRP, a good price for my trade, it's relatively close to where I live, and has lower sales tax than other areas I was looking...
