Thanks for the reply @jeffjcalweb. I was feeling crazy too because the dealer said they have never had anyone report this issue before. I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Bighorn 3.6L V6 with dual climate controls and have intermittent issues with the heat getting too hot and I mainly notice it in the winter when I use remote start.
