None that I can see, I checked the antenna mounts with the headliner down and poured water on them both. No water under the back seats, third break light was replaced last year due to the light getting water in it so hopefully it has the updated or better seal.
I’m down in Auburn but that’s what I’m hoping as our house is in the direct sun these sunny days we’ve had after the 25’s low. Truck isn’t driven often also.
Anyone have condensation issues on the roof under the headliner? Drove the truck today and had water start leaking out of the driver a-pillar handle and the sunglasses holder as well as dripping down the windshield. Been mostly dry surprisingly in WA but down to 25 and then little suns and 40s...
Boogie bumps in the front with the 1” coils in my 3500 has been good. Since it’s a small lift and not a big up travel gain I would still bottom out the front on bigger hits and stock bumps here harsh. With Thurens new style front bumps it’s a much smoother hit.
Also traded out my airbags for...
Update: I’ve since swapped out to the 8.25” LCS Bumps and it sits just right loaded up now. I do have to raise the rear a little bit but I have to for the WDH bars anyways. Rides good, I’d say the same or a little smoother than airbags.
Just saw these also and was hoping for at least +25 or something close to their 17” wheels. But makes sense for the 40s they’re more focused for. Back to figuring out if I want to find OEM 18s and powder coat them or get the 17” saltas and be stuck with maybe 2 tire choices in a 35”. Or keep the...
On my 3500 I have Thurens TF-351 coils that are listed as .5” lift and I saw 1” lift. I also have Thurens Fox 2.0s and I don’t feel the truck is too floaty. It is softer but never a feel of unstable or unsafe. I also have Thurens sway bar and front V2 Boogie bumps. I do think the 2.0s don’t...
It helps on bigger bumps from hitting that overload leaf. There’s only maybe an inch before the three top leafs engage with that onverload so it doesn’t take much. I can tell it smoothed out bigger bumps. You will sag a little more with heavier loads. I have a very tongue heavy toyhualer so I...
The Thuren bumps are stupid easy to swap in and out. I would measure your bump stop mount to axle spacing unloaded and then see if that measurement lined up with any of the 3500 LCS bumps and just ask Thuren about buying the 2500 system but getting one of the different length 3500 bumps to work...
I have Thuren shackles that I installed the same time as my Carli add a Pack so hard to tell how much difference they made. Rear end does flex and droop pretty good.
Got my LCS Bumps yesterday, the quality is amazing as always. Install is super easy and love how easy they are to swap. Tested them on a short run with my 21ft toyhualer that probably has around a 2000lb tongue weight so heavier than most. Truck sits 1” higher in the rear from a Carli add a...
