I’m checking out my clearance and the DPF is what is the lowest part of the truck. This is just screaming to get hit by a rock when on ledges and such. I can’t find a skid system to protect it.
Considering it’s marketed for off-road and there are skids elsewhere, why did they leave the DPF...

I tow a 6000lb loaded trailer. Tongue weight is about 765 to 1100 depending on how much water is in the 54g tank. Gladiator isn’t cutting it on either power or payload.
