Hello, I am new to this. I just ordered a new 3500 Big Horn and I recieved an email sayung its been qued for production a few weeks ago but nothing since. Is there a way to check on the status vs the dealer..he seems unknowledgeable. Vin is as follows: 3C63R3HL7RG191435- ramguy88
