For the cargo lights that DD offer there’s an optional resistor available.
Can’t we change the settings in alfaobd to recognize its LED? Vs adding a resistor? Only asking so I know what to purchase all at once.
attached are the codes and when I looked them up in the good old intra-web, ChatGPT came up with this.
Truck was running rough today after some pretty rough off roading and fording some water.
Have done some rough off roading and have had service ESC system pop up and tailgate getting stuck shut. Coincidentally I’m not sure if these are just because of recall issues both seem to have resolved themselves, but temporarily annoying.
When the service electronic stability control was...
Started to notice at the top of the bed rail on the drivers side the bed is creasing and denting. There’s about 5-6 of them and nothing has been on that side of the truck. I noticed one last hunt season and this past weekend I noticed roughly 5 more. I seem CJC offers bed support kits but no way...
Today after some scouting, I went to put air in my tires. Plugged the compressor in and it wouldn’t work.
The light on the inverter switch (OEM) wasn’t on. So I checked the fuse box. EVERY SINGLE. Fuse had been noticeably, backed out far enough for me to physically push them all back down...
Uconnect wouldnt connect when physically or wifi or Bt. Occasionally it would flash my phones name. Truck was 120+ degrees when I got into it. The odd thing is the DIC showed that the music was muted, even though it wouldn’t connect. I have noticed this happening more and more often on days...
First off,
2022 Ram 2500 6.4, 3.73 with Bilstein 5100 2.5” level. However, It is the diesel coils though because they were a steal. Honestly, it rides amazing and if it was any softer, I would be flabbergasted because it rides smooth now. I had the Bilstein stabilizer for the first couple...
Predominantly Noticed it this past late season hunt and then again this weekend but, have noticed it the past as well. Not particularly hardcore off roading either. When starting the truck and shifting out of park into drive it’s noticeably louder. Mind you the truck typically warms up for 5-6...
So I don’t know if it was too much off Roading during the hunt season or what but now when I go over hard bumps or speed bumps, CarPlay cuts out. I also occasionally get a USB error with a little black square in the center of the screen randomly not during bumps.
Kinda curious to what could be different in the suspension/ Steering for some manufacturers to offer stabilizers for 08-13 then 14+ and then I see icon offers 08+ on cjc.
Normal oil change today, was also going to change differential fluid as well. Instead of getting my step stool I decided to stand on the ranch hand grill guard got 3 quarts in everything was all right. Dripped a little bit on the ranch hand and thought to myself no worries. Went for the fourth...
Kinda of a random auction win for 30 bucks. But, I won a Bilstein B8 5100 p/n 33-170794. With some google results from other forums I seen some on later year trucks as well and wondered the compatibility for the 22+
Happens 25% of the time I use remote start.
Truck sits for 5 minutes or less when this happens. Only way I have noticed it not shut off was literally leave it running longer before entering the vehicle.
It will shut off soon as I get in the truck and attempt to switch it from park to drive...
Seems like going under overpasses, tunnels or heavily wooded areas my CarPlay disconnects. Recently when I use the VR button on my steering wheel it will occasionally cut out too. I notice it won’t reconnect when my phone is plugged in and not charging. Used to think it was a faulty usb-c hub...
Reading the owners manual on page 454 doesn’t specify how much fluid is needed. Page is 371 to roughly380. Just describe intervals. Am I missing something? I was also reading how to check the fluid but still nothing that specifies exactly how much. Trying to purchase some from Amsoil.
