    Laramie bed rail pockets

Likely discussed before but my search abilities must need improvement as I couldn't find any. My 23 Laramie has the plastic bed rail cover and only has holes in the extreme rear and front of the rails. I'd like to mount several pocket tiedown cleats but don't want to make a mess of cutting...

all metric or do I still need SAE wrenches/sockets?

Putting together a basic toolkit to keep in the truck. On my 2023 do I still need to carry SAE wrenches/sockets or is everything metric by now? Thanks

    Fire extinguisher mount

Anybody have any ideas or pictures of an easily accessible but somewhat out of the way fire extinguisher mount. I have the seats folded flat in the back about half the time with gear on it so on the floor or in the storage box probably wouldn't work. I kinda like the idea of somewhere under or...

Line-X truck gear LXP hard fold tonneau

Anyone have any experience using this cover? Appears to be a rebranded BakFlip MX4 with a line-X over spray. Also carries a lifetime warranty! https://linexofknoxville.net/accessories/truck-gear-by-line-x-lxp-hard-folding-tonneau-cover/

Will the wifi signal provided as part of the uconnect subscription be strong enough to reach out into an attached travel trailer?

Any mod needed to ensure camper won't drain truck battery?

I usually disconnect the plug from the camper to my truck when parked but just in case I don't for some reason I was wondering if it could drain the truck battery. In my older truck I seem to recall having a mod done to make sure this wouldn't happen. Is something along these lines still...

    2023 3500 door sill height?

Can't seem to find a spec online for how high off the ground the door sill is. I need the sill height to figure out which running board or step to get for my short wife. I'll be getting a 2023 3500 crew cab 6.4 bed 4x4. Thanks

    Hide a key options?

I've always placed a magnetic hide a key somewhere so that in the event I lose my keys somehow I'd be able to get back in the truck. In my 16 without the pushbutton, I took the metal key out of a spare FOB, put it in the hide a key box and hid the FOB somewhere inside the truck. So, is there...

Dog safe wheel to wheel running boards?

Looking for some W to W running boards that are dog friendly for my soon to have 3500 SRW 6.4 bed. What that means to me is that they don't have any holes or gaps that he could get his paw or leg leg stuck in and cause injury. I've found a few possibilities in cab length but nothing that goes...

    23 wheel flares

It looks like the 2023 3500s (at least) don't have the wheel flares anymore. I've liked the look of the black ones on the power wagon, wondering if these would fit on a new 3500?

    2016 key fob on 2023?

I'll hopefully be taking delivery of my new 2023 3500 sometime in the next couple of months. I currently have 3 key fobs for my 16 3500. These things are kinda expensive so I'm hoping I could keep one and reprogram it to work with my new 23. Would this work?

Does height spec include shark fin?

Anyone know if the height spec for a Ram 3500 4x4 (79.8") includes the shark fin? My garage door opening is 80" so I'm thinking the truck should barely fit unless the shark fin adds more than 1/4" inch or so.

    Granger trade-in experience

Talking with the folks at Grainger they said the would provide a trade-in offer for my 2016 3500 DRW 30 days before scheduled pick up of my new 2023 3500. If it's a fair offer I'm inclined to go that way for convenience plus I only pay sales tax on the difference between trade in and the new...
