USB Hub not functioning after dealer installed jump seat
This is the TLDR version, but I had my center console swapped to a jump seat by my dealer. Now, the media hub does not work. There is no power to any of the four USB ports. The dealership is saying that there must be some other harness we need but for some reason they can’t find the part number...- nomorefords

I apologize if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find anything that would help me with this. I am trying to install the center console with wireless charging in my 3500 Bighorn.
