2025 Ram 5500 Parked! Update
Truck has been out of service for a month today! FCA Customer Care has not responded other than to gather initial information. Ram sent a new part that arrived last Monday only for that part to be defective too! Can’t make this stuff up!!! Hard to believe that someone would not test that part...- HDFarmer

2025 Ram 5500 Parked!
I have a 2025 Ram 5500, took delivery on Nov.12/25. P2482 code and de-rated on Nov.24/25. And out of service. No replacement part available until mid Jan. I can’t believe how unreliable this combination has become. It seems that Ram has no issue forcing loyal clients to absorb the losses...- HDFarmer

DEF issues
Have 2020 3500. Has 12000km and been at dealership 3 times in the last week with DEF codes and de-rating. Seems to be software issue as per dealer. Anyone else having issues- HDFarmer
