2025 Ram 2500 4x4 Limited Mega Cab Diesel. 2,450 miles and there are several warnings. They come up constantly when truck is running.
1. Drowsy Driver Alert
2. Traffic Signal Assist Unavailable
3. Auto Emergency Braking (AEB) Limited Functionality Service Required
Anyone seen this and is there a solution.
Very disappointing when my first ever CDJR. Is having more issues than my last 2 Duramax’s.

Do you know if they have an update to fix this issue? My local dealer in Camdenton MO is clueless. Ram Care also never called back. This was 3 months ago. The car business is all I have done till I retired. CDJR has been the most disappointing manufacturer to deal with. $102,900 MSRP. I would love to have a manufacturer Rep contact me. Thats what I was for the 26 years in the car industry.

Thanks,
Jeff

Same issue here. All same alerts on dashboard. 2025 Ram 2500 Bighorn. Had this for the last 6k miles now and only 14k miles on it. Dealer said no fix for this yet.

How do I know my Ram cares number? I have never even received a call back from a message I left over 6 months ago. Again 20 years at a GM dealership and 26 as a manufacturer Rep. Stellantis is well aware of the terrible customer reviews and service people are receiving! The multiple dealership that I have contacted say. We really don’t have any qualified Technicians. Never heard that from a Ford or GM dealer. The social media is a powerful way to get information out. My vehicle is going in for service 900 miles from where I live. Hoping someone in Texas has a better understanding of these highly problematic vehicles! My VIN # is 3C63R5TL0SG541139. This is our first CJDR vehicle. Because I always thought they lacked fit and finish, and Quality control. Pretty knowledgeable at 66 years old. Doors shut like crap from all CDJR rentals when traveling for business. Came from a 2020 GMC 2500 AT4 Duramax. Oh by the way. The MSRP on the Ram Limited Mega Cab was $102,900. There are some things I impressed with. Please have someone connect with me for information and help.

Thanks,
Jeff

You can try Ram Customer service, but that are about as useful as +i+s on a boar hog. My service department gave me their number and I opened a case and have been trying to get a hold of my case manager since Jan 15. Left 2 messages with customer service, 3 emails, and finally was able to get her voicemailbox and left a message. Recieved an email back on Feb 11 with useless information I already knew.

800-399-2668

You can try, but they don't care. Get your 80-100k and go to the next person. Kinda like a used car salesman or insurance sales. (And I used to be in insurance sales)

Hello! First, our team was previously experiencing some technical difficulties in accessing this forum. But we're back now! If interested in discussing your concerns further, please send a private message our way with the date of your most recent dealer appointment. After reviewing your VIN, we were not able to locate a customer care case but would love to remedy that.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

I turned off half the features I paid for on my truck. Annoying as hell.

Drowsiness detected kept going off - had to keep hitting "ok". Every time I did, it switched my speedometer units to km/h and back. Turned it off.

Kept getting a weird vibration when taking curves in the road. Felt like I was hitting rumble strips. Finally realized an alert popped up every time it happened. Think that is a collision alert. Whatever the button is on top of the monitor bezel. Turned that crap off.

Latest alert was "park sense unavailable - service required", along with flashing odometer. I didn't turn that setting off, but my odometer has since begun flashing upon starting the truck, and it flashes until I turn the key off, without an error message. Intermittently. Not often.

Radio/head unit screen flickers once in a while. I've learned to let it sit and not to touch anything for several minutes. The funny thing about that is, after I took it to the dealer to have some problems addressed, which nothing got fixed, I drove down the road one mile, and the radio screen flickered on me. First time it's done that while driving.

Won't hold presets right. Won't hold EVIC assignments, either. I had all "gauges" selected in my display, in all four corners, so I could monitor trans temp, oil pressure, water temp, and charge. Two of those have changed to compass and something else I didn't set.

Parking brake doesn't hold the truck well. Set it, get out, and truck moves on it's own and rests against the park pawl. It's done that several times, and not on a steep incline. Just barely going downhill, it does this. Dealer can't replicate - working "as designed".

1000 miles on it.

From what I've heard, the new electrical architecture in the truck is pure Fiat now. Impressive, I have to say.
