I don't do FB or the such and I have been trying to get a hold of Banks Power for over a week now to return something. I have called many times and left a call back number but have not received no call in return from them. During one of my calls I decided to see if I could get a hold of anyone in sales and while I was on hold a message comes on and instructs you to email them at [email protected] so I shoot off an email to them. The next day I get a response from [email protected] [email protected] only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list (unbelievable).

I don't think I will ever be buying anything Banks Power related in the future as you can never get ahold of them post sale, you purchase it and then you can never get ahold of anyone when you want to return something or have an issue.

Which number are you calling?

I have always had good luck reaching them at 800-601-8072.

However, their re-stocking fee is incredibly frustrating.

I guess you haven't tried them lately then, and yes I contacted them on 800-601-8072 and even tried on 626-969-9600 as a number they have reached out to me in the past over a year ago still to no avail. I tried all options on the automated phone system including leaving a call back number and still no call back after 2 days.

It makes it hard to return something to them in their 30 day timeline if they never call you back so you can get a RMA for said product.

I have never had to pay a restocking fee on any of my returns to them. I think you may be able to text that number as well.

Just an fyi update, 5 days in after leaving a call back number on their automated phone system with Banks, still have not received a call back from them.

If this is the after sale support from Banks wants to run then I will never purchase anything again. There used to be a guy on here from Banks member @ProspectorSteve but has not been on here since Nov 21, 2024 and only has 3 messages.

I have called them and they state leave your number and a short message and we will call you . Which they always have . They do not have a dedicated customer service . I can only speak of my experience .

Interesting. One of the biggest reasons I order from Banks is because they have always gone above and beyond with after-sale customer service. I've literally gone back and forth with them via emails for over a year with an ongoing issue with the older Banks tuner and brake module on my 06 and they couldn't have been more helpful and patient. I was so thankful for the service from the fella I had been emailing with that I sent him an Applebee's gift card for a dinner out for he and his wife.

Never had an issue at all with Banks. I ether always got someone or received a call back. I have emailed them several times as well.

Yup. Banks is overpriced snake oil.
Document your calls and emails. Then dispute the charges with your credit card company.
That is your opinion, which there are thousands of folks including me that would dispute it . There has not been one banks product that l have bought that did not function as advertised . Their prices are in line with their competitors or they would be out of business . Just because he knows how to market his product does not mean they don’t work . Your implying they don’t so where are your facts or comparative analysis aside from a statement that means nothing .

Not only is it my opinion, it’s my experience with Banks products as well.
No performance increases at all. Just more noise. Enjoy your overpriced gimmicks.

Call and leave a message saying you are new customer interested in purchasing. You'll get a call back quick I bet!

Well, when I’m told a part(s) will provide a performance increase, that’s what I expect. Guess I’m just funny that way. Although it’s a widely believed misconception, more noise doesn’t equal more power.

This.

A few years ago I was having issues getting an individual to respond to my emails after we had already "purchased" his services...and not complicated questions. I created another email and asked about his services and received a personal email back in 30 minutes where he answered almost the same questions
