Symptoms of bad DPF Sensor? 100% full suddenly and nothing on CTS Edge 3?

My 22 over the past 2 years has done every regen with in 2-4 minutes past the 24 hour mark according to my tip B time, see my attached photo of last weeks 24 hour regen..

My ‘22 went 70k miles doing the same, and then one day decided that it wanted to try and regen every 6 hours, with zero change in fuel or driving style.

God speed, I hope it keeps up for ya.

I have some questions…

Is it a 2500 or 3500 (SRW or DRW?)
SO engine or HO engine?
Current odometer reading?
Current idle and drive hours?
What is the Date of Manufacture for your truck?

Have you ever sent your used engine oil out for analysis? (If yes, what did fuel dilution look like?)

2022’s were especially prone to regeneration frequency issues. Need to narrow down some specifics on the truck itself based on what I asked above.
Hey Matt, it's a 2024 2500 SRW with just over 32k on the odo. Current idle hours 315, total 978. It had excessive idle hours when I got it, closer to 40%. I've been whittling the percentages down best I can since I got it almost a year ago.
I have not sent oil out for analysis. First oil change was done by diesel shop, it was slightly overfilled and I dumped a quart about a week later. Last oil change done by myself a couple months ago. I drained and waited 45 min before plugging and refilling, and I made sure the dipstick read in the middle of the hash marks.

It's not excessively regen-ing now because I am overtly managing it so it doesn't. So I don't *think* that fuel dilution is an issue. It most likely would be if I wasn't doing what I have been. Not my favorite thing to be wasting my lunch break once a week to go take a joy ride on the highway for almost an hour racking up milage for no reason other than to manage my emission system. But that's what I have to do.

I have a 22 that is similar to yours. If I do too much in town stop and go driving, I have to take it out on the highway and blow it out. Usually 30-40 minutes @ 80 mph and it will passively regen and drop the EVIC DPF gauge back to zero. All of this while running the performance dose of Archoil 6500D.

I guess I'm lucky with my 22 being after I started using Arch oil I can get a passive regen in about 20 minutes on the Hwy to the cost where the road speeds last week hwy to coast speed were 55 mph top speed and it had a tank full by mistake of that ungodly B-20, {pump was not properly marked as B-20 but as being B-5, I used a mix of Howes Anti gel and Archoil 6500 at performance dose just to be safe until I burn that crap up...... IMO B-20 is only good to use if your going to be driving at 70-75 MPH for the whole tank, going up the hills to the coast at 50 mph the engine sounded like it was having a hard time so cant wait to be rid of it...
