Going to 37s with the wrong offset; what's going to rub?

Currently have a 2024 diesel with a 2.5" leveling kit and Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT pizza cutters in LT255/85R17 on 8" rims with a 0 offset.

Great tires, but am taking the truck on a road trip and will be doing a fair amount of trail running in the desert and wanted a wider and taller tire.

Love my MTs, and run them on my Jeep, but the $466 each price tag was just too much. So, I ordered a set of the Milestar Patagonia XTs in 37x12.50/17 for $322 each.

I've done some research and it looks like I can run 37s with stock suspension, but wheel offset of +15 or more is needed. I'm hoping with the level kit and winch bumper, that there will be very minimal rubbing that I can address when I get home from the tire shop next week.

So, anyone ran a 0 offset rim with 37s?

Stock suspension on 37s? I don't see that happening. I'm on 37s on +18 with a 2.5 carli spring and I will rub at near full lock hitting a bump on the sway bar. Maybe you clear the sway bar with your lower offset but I think you're gonna be hitting on the outside, especially flexing.
