2019 power wagon, bds 2" lift with fox shocks: clunk sound when hard breaking or accelerating, and only when its raining out!

This is a weird one, I first bought this truck stock and it has always done this. I had the new springs, track bar, and shocks installed and the installer found nothing wrong.

When the truck is wet, it will alternate between making a clunk or pop sound, seemingly under the passenger side floor board when braking or accelerating. As if something is sliding forward on break, and back on acceleration.

I mention the suspension work because in my mind it kind of rules out the components that were touched.

I would look to body mounts.

I would look at radius arm bolts and mounts. Make sure they are tight.
