Nice to hear from you Hannah @RamCares, thanks for chiming in.
I took my truck in about six months ago and the dealer said the parts are still showing backordered.
Could you please look into my warranty claim.

Just an up date, I got the new warrantied seat cover installed and all the recall updates done Thursday/Fri. It looks much better and the dealer seemed to do a good job from what I've seen so far anyway. Apparently somehow a fire was lit!
I don't think my dealer is thrilled with me however but apparently they dropped the ball. For some reason suddenly they were able to find the seat cover in stock at a dealership in Nebraska doing a part number search within a couple days. It's been over five months since it was approved for replacement and apparently nobody ever checked other dealers stock.
I called almost monthly and all I heard was "It's still on Backorder".
Hopefully it won't stretch like the original cover, only time will tell.
