2024, Dodge ram 1500 replacement BCM, RF Hub

Hi friend.
My car had severe water damage. We replaced the BCM and RFHUB units, and I have new keys.

I'm currently only contacting the BCM unit, asking for it to be coded. Can I do this with a WiTech2 Aftermarket account?

And if I can, is it possible to program the RFHUB into WiTech2 and program new keys?

I saw that in witech 2 but you’ve to call Chrysler district manager get PIN number because
I purchased recently from witech aftermarket one but how could I learn to use this software because I’m looking throttle relearn I can’t see that
If anyone help me I will be appreciate
