I am trying to put a plow on my 2021 Power Wagon which has no aux switches from factory.

As you will see, in the diagrams I have attached the blunt wires under the pdc have been disabled because of Tru-Lok Diff.
I have read that the headlight wires in these blunt wires is only active if you hook up snowplow mode.
So basically there is no snow plow mode available with the blunt wires on the Power Wagon. If there is a work around for this please let me know.

The only access to +12v keyed is at the rear, using the blunt wires there.

Wire is #4 in controller diagram needs a 12 v keyed accessory circuit, I am wondering where people are getting their +12v Keyed accessory supply under the dash or under the hood. Save from running 1 wire to the back blunt wires.

I am also wondering if I am able to hook up the option of the headlight coming on and off on the truck when the plow is mounted .

That would be wire 6 and 7 in controller diagram.

Again they say to use the blunt wires, but mine are not active to accommodate the Tru-Lok Diffs .

Would really appreciate any advice here as I don't want to start cutting harnesses open that will cause me errors etc .

After doing lots of reading I figured out that there are no 12 volt accessory circuit access at any of the blunt cut wires on the Power Wagon

I think I will just wire the blue trigger wire with 5 amp fuse directly too the battery with a toggle in between.

As for the lights I have not found a solution yet , Maybe someone could chime in and give me a suggestion on how to hook up high beam and low beam triggers as per controller diagram.

If it cant be done just let me know.

Thanks

What plow are you using that will really determine the level of wiring you can get away with. Its not really great to put a plow on a power wagon but can be done you usually have to pull the winch mount off to fit brackets without modding them.

I am using a meyer 41620 it come off a ram 3500 2019 . The mount is a 17200. I never had to change anything on the winch. Going to get the mount installed this weekend. During mock up it was determined we needed a longer bolt to keep winch, sourced a couple off a mercededes-benz. I know it is not the ideal set up but it is for personal use only because of health reasons. I have tibrens front and back as an accessories as i use my truck to haul my stuff now and again. So weight on the truck is not a concern. My biggest concern is the wiring and not to damage the vehicle. The power to plow is not the problem it is the blue trigger wire and how i can get the plow lights to work for me. I have attached the pdf for the plow . Maybe add fuse tap to fuse box , for the blue trigger wire or wire it direct with a switch in case of draw.

Meyer said light on plow will not light up without the red and white wire wired. They say they have no schematics for vehicle so they are no help.

Is there anyway to get the Saber lights to work on this plow without the blunt cut wires?

What do I need to do or where else can i hook these wires?

Can the lights be isolated from the system and hooked up another way?

Really appreciate the reply.

Thanks
