New gears for my 2016 RAM 5500

HI,
When I ordered my truck I got 4.10 gears thinking I would get better mileage, I was wrong. I’ve be shopping around to have it regeared to 4:88 but the ‘cheapest’ quote I’ve gotten is $12,000.00, seems the front set (Magna Steyr) is over $6000. Does any know where I can get cheaper gears?
Front: Magna Steyr
Rear: Dana Spicer S-111
Also, anyone know a good shop to get it done, hopefully on the west coast

have you considered installing a whole used axle? Maybe from car-part.com
