How do you disable the “check trailer brake wiring” warning?

Im currently pulling a single axle trailer that is not equipped with brakes. The dash warning and audible ding is relentless. I’m pulling with a 2019 Ram 3500 HD and want to disable the alarm. Thanks

Does the trailer have a 4 wire or 7 wire plug.

I would think that if it has a 4 wire plug you wouldn’t have a brake warning activated.

I the trailer has a 7 wire plug try an adapter from 7 to 4 wires.
