Upgrade 5.0 to 8.4 radio and center console
There are two settings that need to be made on the body computer using an OBD. I am not going to tell you how to do this, as you have a different model. You can look it up. I did it on my 2021 Ram 2500. I also had hot air and no HVAC controls until I made the change.- xpocoastie

Screen Delaminating
I replaced my 8.4 screen with one from here about 2 months ago. https://oeautotronics.com/products/untitled-aug21_09-01. It has been great, have had no issues. Cost me $300- xpocoastie
