My 2020 3500 HO Aisin is doing the exact same thing when towing 26k on steep 7-10% grades at 6-8k feet elevation. There is definitely a harsh jolt from transmission especially around 1750 rpms between 2-3 gears. But I’ve notice it once in a while at lower rpms and between other gears. Also mine...

Dealer said my truck arrived in Nebraska yesterday morning. He said it should be in Laurel Montana within a week or so. Then picked up by truck for final 90 miles to dealer.

As stated above I believed it is probably the “release by plant/invoice date”. It was be interesting to see if they are actually shipped.

OA My code on the window sticker is the same as yours..0324. According to my dealer that is the completed build date. He also said if it wasn’t completed by 0321 it wouldn’t be shipped out for at least 2-3 weeks. I hope you’re right but I’m afraid my truck will be spending spring break in...

FYI. Talked to my dealer and he said only trucks built by 3-21 would be shipped out according to FCA. Trucks built after that will be at least 2-3 weeks yet before they’re shipped out.

I know I was surprised by the 3 weeks from order date to window sticker which showed the build date as 3-24. I must have hit the assembly line just right for my model and options. I was going to order the rear bed step but as everyone knows it wasn’t available so glad I removed the option...

2020 3500 HO Longhorn SRW 4x4 CC LB: Ordered 3-5; VIN 3-9; Build Sheets 3-19; Window Sticker 3-27. I guess someone must still be working at the Mexico plant. I’m surprised to see my window sticker today. I assume it’ll be shipped soon. By the way my VIN is 191xxx if that helps anyone.
