Issue with getting parts???
After I was able to talk to a lead supervisory at the FCA customer service, they found one. It was in Alaska, so they sent it overnight. Picked up the truck last-night. I was just asking if anyone else had this issue. I do have both the customer service number and the direct number to the case...- willy09212002

I have the number to main customer service. I called and got my DEF tank one shipped from Alaska. Wouldn't hurt to call and start a case file.- willy09212002

Issue with getting parts???
New to Rams but not dieaesls. Traded me 2008 F250 6.4l in for a 2024 Bighorn with the 6.7l cummins. It had 20 miles on it when I drove off the lot, about 50 miles later the "DEF service" came on. Finished the drive home and call the dealership the following day to get it in for service. They...- willy09212002
