2007 Dodge 3500---BLACK OIL!
Hello....I'm Valentine, new guy to the forum. I have a 2008, 6.7L, 3500 mega-cab, 4x4 and I'm using Chevron 15-40 100% synthetic, changing engine oil about 5,000 mi. Do you think that is too long of a interval (non-DEF)?- valentine

Transfer case granades on the highway
As I understand it, the front drive line is always spinning even in 2WD and is not under torque pressure from the engine/transfer case. When 4WD is select, then the front drive line, diff and front axles are engaged and under torque pressure from the transfer case/engine.- valentine
