Can AlfaOBD reprogram this?
Its not going to hurt anything but with todays synthetic oils, its would take a month or more for the oil film to completely settle in the pan if it does at all.- trizzle

No there is not a setting in alpha obd or any tuning software I know of to alter the start up sequence. Unless youre letting the truck sit for weeks at a time before starting it, its a non issue. Use a quality oil and dont worry about it. The lifter issues are the MDS or Non-MDS lifter equally...- trizzle
