Found out why my truck has been in hiding at the rail yard. DAMAGED!!!!! Just got to dealer today.

Just an update…truck has been at rail yard in PA since 12/8. Originally told 12/3-12/13 couple days ago 12/8-12/16 and today got a email from RAM saying NO date. I’ve lost my patience….the dealer is less than an hour from rail yard.

I have same delivery window and comment from chat. Dealer says 12/3/21-12/13/21 my POC at RAM when I had my order escalated is 12/1/21-12/13/21. Have no idea if I can do any further tracking (train etc). It’s coming to Philadelphia area then dealer has to fetch it.
