Have same issue, took it to dealer , they said they ordered me a new unit. 45 days to get get part so I gotta bring it back.

7 weeks now and service says tech and engineers saying a new transmission is needed. I have a case manager and case number with US Customer Care (Ramcare?) I did complete the NHTSA.

5 weeks later dealer says truck is ready, I’m waiting an hour and a half before they come tell me the check engine light is on and throwing multiple codes.

Looks like I have same issue, 2022 3500. I dont have all the info asked for above yet, it was towed to dealer last night. Towing TH about 12000 pounds, no indication of any problems, once on highway, felt jerking twice, transmission light on. Pulled over, put in park, unable to Drive from there...

I like mine. when they function fine. Came on my 2022 3500 SRW. Only problem is they wont turn off ever since I plugged in my 2021 TH. Had to pull the fuse out to turn them off. Wonder if anyone else had this issue?

I did the same, purchased mine from amazon. Works great.

I have same problem, clearance lights won’t turn off. I pulled F 79 fuse to turn off. Dumb question but what’s best way to clean the connectors, wire brush, Sand paper , other? Truck is 2022 3500 Limited

I just bought this 2023 3500 Limited with ram boxes and I just wanted to show two bikes fit fine. I figured they’d fit but I couldn’t find much on it when I did my search recently.
