After an April 30th order and a painstakingly long wait I finally took delivery this past weekend. Thanks to Mike MacDonald for really coming through for me. 2022 Ram 3500 HO/Aisin with Air ride suspension.
How are you guys finding out about a train car# and tracking info? My dealer knows nothing about it. Other than its been at a stand still near Chicago Illinois for the last 5 days before its journey east to Buffalo NY. Still fighting and clawing to get my 22 that was ordered last April.
I can't even get a rail company or car #. But it is on its way finally after sitting for 5 months. After looking at other people's timelines does it seem normal to take 5 days to just get to the border in Texas?
