I finally heard back from a dealer on replacement. $4300 plus tax. Absolute garbage on a four year old truck. I'm not sure if it's enough to go to a different brand when I buy again, but I definitely won't be getting a leather trimmed dash pad. Given how many of these are failing I really think...

Oh, also, does anyone have the part number for the new version? Some posts state that replacing it with the same part number will just produce the same results, but the latest part has new adhesive. No one listed the part number though and I'm not seeing it on the Mopar site.
