Maybe there's a break in the cable. When I did mine I tested the full length before install.

I just completed this install on my 44' 5er. about 70 ft total length of rg58. Bought the camera out of the CHML. Crimped my own fakra and tnc connecters. Moved the bumper connector to the bed as a TNC Used TNC connectors instead of SMA for a stronger connection due to the lengths. LOVE IT...

Not as bad as you would think. But I don’t try to fit this thing everywhere. What’s crazy is fully loaded the truck still has more capacity. Trailer is 27k fully loaded.

Do you also have the digital rear view mirror? Can the mirror show the rear camera through the surround camera system? Or to have both the rear view and trailer surround working one would need to install the trailer surround system and the trailer tow camera?
