What did you do TO your RAM today?

Hmm. Might give it another round on pressure adjustment then. What's the difference you get without swaybar, and how bad was the work?

What did you do TO your RAM today?

Yes and yes. Truck runs at 7020, with a 4020/3000 split. I could run 40# in the front and 35# in the rear and be good. Running at 50# for a couple months, I felt like it was too soft, had too much wallow when turning . . .

What did you do TO your RAM today?

Not today, but over the summer - added the in-floor boxes and the bumper-step. Boxes went in perfectly, (I was SO worried about cutting up the mats and insulation), and are well-concealed under rear floor mats. Normal use is towing accessories, straps, and bungees behind the driver, and the...

What did you do TO your RAM today?

Alright; was running at 50 all around and it felt . . . soft. Back to 60 in the front and feels much better.

What did you do TO your RAM today?

Trying to - extreme left end of the chart I've got is 35PSI - gives ~2300# ea to cover passengers and any cargo I'm likely to have, just have to air up before towing. For some reason it scares me to go that low on the truck, but other threads seem to match...

What did you do TO your RAM today?

Okay, got a wash and a weight ticket to go with the new tires Compared to the door frame sticker that's +130# of accessories and +50# for the dog. With the weight of the truck I could go all the way down to 35 psi on these tires, but 50-55 psi will match the axle rating (6K ea) so I'll see how...

What did you do TO your RAM today?

New shoes! The Maxxis RAZR AT in 286/75R18 (actually 35x11.5) fit good, look good. I'll do visual inspection around the fronts in a few days but no rub that I've been able to hear of feel. . . . I'll also post pics back after I've washed it.

Is this a good jack for these HD trucks?

Coming waaaaay late to this discussion, but am shopping for a new jack myself so found this thread. I've been using a 2.5 tom "MVP" floor jack and 3T jack stand set I bought for my first Ram at least 20 years ago. It's got the height to lift my 2500 on the stock 275/70R18s, but it is kinda...

    New member question

On my '22 2500 the 115v outlet works from the ignition "Run" position, but doesn't need the motor running. - BUT - for me it shut off about every 20 min. Not sure if 1. there's a timeout on the inverter when engine's off, 2. there's a timeout on the ignition "Run", or 3. the inverter...

    Anyone Used Maxxis Razr AT?

Thanks Wilder; Long life and low price should work here - much more likely to drive thru drifted sand and black-out dust storms in my area. Attached pic from the blizzard of '20 was the worst I've seen here, but I think they could have handled it.

This is why I need new tires

I just ordered the Maxxis RAZR ATs in 285/75R18s (skinny 35s) so its awesome to hear you like them. Working up to an epic MTB trip in April and didnt think my OEM Trashforces had another 4,000 mi on them - even without the heavy wear on the outer edges of the fronts since the last rotation...
