Update: Just talked to dealer. A DPF arrived yesterday afternoon that had been on backorder and it was damaged beyond use...lol.. RAM can't get out of their own way.- rjake

Backordered DPF and failed customer care
2019 RAM under warranty with failed DPF. Truck has been down for almost 3 weeks. Ram cannot/will not provide dealer with tracking number or ETA, only says that it has "shipped". Opened case with customer care. Had to make several calls to get through to case manager who did not return calls to...- rjake
