Uconnect 12” not working
On my vehicle for this step: "Open the VEHICLE app --> scroll to SETTINGS --> scroll to RESET, then....." there is no Soft Reset option, nor Factory Reset option. (But in the issue that I had with a dead screen, there is no way to open the Vehicle App.) This method did not work on my 2021...- rickr9876

Uconnect 12” not working
I bought a brand a new 2021 Ram 2500 a few months ago. This week I was out of state on a trip in unfamiliar territory so I really needed the Navigation system. I started the truck in the morning and the Uconnect screen was black. The whole multimedia display system (12" touchscreen) was off...- rickr9876
