2022 2500HD. Mine also will squeak when going from Reverse to Drive especially if I hit the throttle too soon. If I give it a second to get into drive then it doesnt do it. By the way, I have 19K miles on it, this has happened ever since new but has not gotten worse so I havent been too...- RDL
