    Ram Tail Gate Recall

If you get yours done, be sure to check it! Never had a single problem with my tailgate and then after the recall it would not stay closed. I had to adjust the strikers back myself. Recall has them adjust it too tight, IMO, with no movement. You had to slam the thing with two hands to get it...

RamCares Cp4 service solution updates - (Y78) CP4 recall issued by FCA - 2020 Parts Available May 10

Got my 19 done yesterday, noticeably quieter especially at idle. The CP4 had a ticking, this new CP3 does not.

    Side steps/Nerf bars, etc.

Bringing this back up. Hoping there was more information now that it is a package option (it appears so) on the Power Wagons. I like the simple, clean, smaller look.

    Side steps/Nerf bars, etc.

Does anyone know about fitting up the Power Wagon 75th anniversary "rock rails with side-step capability" steps? Assuming since they are cab length they should also fit a Cummins mega cab? I like how they seem to be compact and not stick out a long way. I contacted my dealer but they were less...

CP4 Rattle Vibration Noise (Video Uploaded)

My 2019 has sounded like that since day one. When I asked my dealer they told me it was normal. Almost 14k on mine now. Still the same noise.

    Leather for my Ram

Not anything great it appears. This shows the color I guess. It's due for a cleaning this weekend I'll try to remember to snap some then.

Headlamps & DRLs - rant and fixes

Ahh, darn! Can AlphaOBD set them up to disable them only when I flip it to the 'O'? Otherwise I like them.

    Leather for my Ram

Very happy so far with 12k miles on my Roadwire leather seats in my Bighorn. They look factory, not a baggy mess, and the color is spot on match for the rest of the interior.

Headlamps & DRLs - rant and fixes

I was going to come post a similar thread. Bighorn with LEDs. I like the DRL normally, however when going into the woods for hunting in the morning trying to make a little impact as normal I just discovered that the 'O' circle on the far left doesn't actually turn out the DRLs. Is there a way...

    Front Park Sensors Wacky

Same here. Had it happen multiple times, usually one of these two: Backing up a hay trailer in an open field with short grass, nothing around the front of the truck for hundreds of feet and the passenger front sensor is going off. Backup up my boat trailer down the boat ramp, nothing close to...

    Tailgate Bounce

Well I can confirm this is the case. The damper does nothing for up travel. It only makes the already assisted tailgate even slower going down. I pulled it back off. Sad. The tailgate drops great but the assist for up is a bit much and is what is causing this combined with the light tailgate...

    Tailgate Bounce

Okay, so this may seem silly, but does anyone else have issues with the tailgating bouncing when left open? My old truck had a nice heavy tailgate and no assist lift or springs, never seemed to bounce. This one is great being nice a light until you go over a bump and it bounces. Transporting...

    Oil Temp Cummins

Really? Wow. Interesting. I did a little looking at it seems like there IS an oil pressure sensor but not a temperature. Odd they'd calculate something like that. I guess I'm too used to 'old tech' of trusting an actual gauge!

    Oil Temp Cummins

Hi All, New to RAM and Cummins all my last trucks were Duramax equipped so this may sound silly, sorry. 2019 2500 6.7L Cummins, 68RFE, with 5600 miles on it. It has been to the dealer for the trans plate recall and flash updates, so those are done. I finally got to tow with it for the first...

The Banks differential cover may be available for 2019+ Ram trucks "late this year."

Did you ever hear back? I have not. I even called early last week and was told "would have to get back to me" and nada. I unfortunately think the silence is telling. :(
