2021 2500 6.4 new issue
So the latest update is that I was told my truck had the latest updates but in fact that wasn’t true. My tradesman 2500 with Uconnect 5 (8.4” screen, no NAV) was running version R145.00.15. Disabling HSA (Hill Start Assist) absolutely helped me but only for 10-14 days & then the symptoms...- psh717

Disable HILL START ASSIST!!! I just disabled “HILL START ASSIST” in the vehicle menu & the transmission is shifting normal now. I was experiencing shuddering and awkward shift points where the transmission didn’t quite know if it wanted to shift or not, as well as some jerking. Disabling “HSA”...- psh717
