Has anyone found a drivers visor with a mirror that they like? Or a stick on mirror for the visor from a dollar store?
I have a 2024 bighorn HD and the passenger has a mirror on the visor but not the driver.
Can you just buy a visor with a mirror somewhere for cheap and swap 'em?
Seems odd...
Has anyone installed a GPS tracker on these? As many as are in fleets, I assume someone will have the know how:
Where is:
1) Best AC power to tap
2) Best constant power to tap.
3) Best fuel relay location to tap for remote shutoff (is it possible on a diesel like a gasser?)
4) Best place to...
I ended up with a 2024 in my driveway. The identical 2024 was $55,200 vs $68,000 for the same 2025. I couldn't pass up $22k off MSRP.
While I would have liked the NVH reduction of the 2025, the numbers did not make sense. I suspect they'll be ample opportunity to upgrade in 2027 when the new...
They're all different in how they make the numbers meet.
NV has gambling.
TX you rent your house from the government (Real estate tax).
WA is Sales tax + B&O (business revenue) tax.
No idea what WY does.
No idea what FL does.
Mill rate on houses is reasonable (1% or so), but not cheap. Much...
It is unfortunately. I can't change the tax law, nor our local 10.5% tax rate, and it applies no matter where I buy it.
I can only take acceptance in the fact that I paid no income tax when I made the money.
Yes, the rebate is seen as payment to the consumer (Yes, it's being fronted by the...
The diesel was low on fuel so we just refilled it (also included), good enough I'll burn it off. Same with def. It doesn't freeze here nor get over 80.
Agree on the other fluid intervals. I'll address them as they come.
Batteries are fine. I get a one year warranty on them: we just run...
I appreciate it Anthony. It was, indeed too good to pass up, and didn't seem like some odd stepchild config wise either. Pretty nice looking big horn. I'm not sure why it sat so long... but it wasn't in a desert or salty location, so I'll get over it. Cars do fine outside here, and I have...
It is 58k without stallentis financing and 56k with. The rate is like 8 percent which is high, but it can be paid off. That's the only shenanigans I can see, it looks clean otherwise.
I think it's age driving it
I either buy this truck, from a local dealer for $56k, which has some pretty aggressive time-on-lot rebates. Or I build the same thing in a 2025, same options, which MSRPs for $78k and published discounts would bring it to 68k.
The main difference I see is the 2024 vs 2025, but on a 2024 that...
Choices Choices. Would you order an identical 2025 2500 77k MSRP for 68k from Mark, or a leftover new 2024 for 56k from the local dealer?
The 2500 changes are significant, but it's a lot of coin! I assume when I trade it in in 3-4 years the 2025 will be worth more, but not that much more.
I'm just curious, where is the proper form? I see a for sale forum with part and accessories but never see a truck posted -- or maybe it's just rare and I haven't looked enough.
