Thank you for the information. I have decided to go with the Tradesman 3500 with an 8 foot box. And of course the dealership couldn't tell me what the payload was after everything was added to it. But I am sure the 3500 will give me the payload that I need.

I am going to order a 3500 after talking to different people on here. I wish it was just a $1000. When I priced it out it was saying it's about $4500. I would rather be safe than sorry. Thanks for your advise I appreciate it.

It's a Jaco 29.5RSTS 34' 4". I am going off of the chart on the back of the brochure.

This is all new to me, I have never owned a 5th wheel before. The one that we are looking to get has an unloaded vehicle weight of 9245, dry pin weight of 1745, GVWR is 11,250. I was hoping to find a 2500 that could handle it rather than go up to the 3500. I guess the cheapest doesn't always...

So when you say air bags, are you referring to the option of the air suspension?

Looking to purchase a new truck and 5th wheel. Been checking with Dodge dealerships and have not been able to get a straight answer about the 2500 payload after the add on's when ordering one. Found a website that listed the Tradesman 2500 V8 Hemi at 3170 payload, but that's before add on's...
