Grid heater relay swap
So I found some pics of it and the plug that looks different along with the mounting. You would likely have to rig up some kind of jumper along with changing the lugs out as they look way different ? also the solid state relay must be to allow the grid heater to ramp up slowly rather than full...- Oldtimingman

I was wondering the same thing? provided the cable lugs are the same size which is probably the biggest issue , seems like a $80 relay is quicker and safer investment than waiting around for parts and your truck possibly burning up?- Oldtimingman
