Steering wheel controls stop working
At dealership service this morning 8 am ,8/12. Service valet mentioned second vehicle this morning with same issue. Service advisor implied he had never seen it before. -

I bought a ‘24 2500 8/7. Today 8/10 I noticed the left side buttons on steering wheel are not working. Tradesman so no controls on back of steering wheel. Just screen control and call buttons. Have not disconnected batteries. Want to give dealer first shot to get issue documented. Will take to...
