Cp4 - Post recall service Problems

So the sound was only loud enough to be noticeable at high boost. It was leaking across the entire range likely. I guess it’s possible that it may not have caused issues exhaust brake wise. Though it’s such a noticeable difference now I can’t see how it wasn’t affected. My exhaust brake actually...

Cp4 - Post recall service Problems

After getting the recall done at my local dealership (on my 2019 2500 mega cab bighorn) to swap the cp4 (about 1.5 years ago) I noticed a boost leak sound coming from my left ac vent / steering wheel area. It was only noticeable when hitting 20-25lbs of boost, below that it was undetectable. My...

Same here ! Exhaust brake is almost non existent anymore. A little better in tow haul mode but nothing like it used to be.

    CP4 to CP-ISB21S3 (revised CP3) change for 2021 6.7L Diesel Trucks -- Merged Threads

No noticeable power change / loss after the pump fix. My fuel economy has been slightly better though by about 1mpg.

    CP4 to CP-ISB21S3 (revised CP3) change for 2021 6.7L Diesel Trucks -- Merged Threads

I pm’d ram cares about this as well for an update about a week ago and haven’t heard anything. Very interested in hearing news about a TSB for the issue.

    CP4 to CP-ISB21S3 (revised CP3) change for 2021 6.7L Diesel Trucks -- Merged Threads

Either we are all jumping the gun and there is a fix in the works that has production delays like everything else on the planet right now. Or it is what it is. The lack of response to this thread after calling out a fix is an odd direction to take. I’m looking to purchase a second HD truck for...

I’ll check the next hot day and get back to you. It should be back in the 80s in my area next weekend.

    A/C Issues? Anyone else

So I’ve finally had a stretch of hot/ super humid weather last week to test mine out and it’s definitely cold. Still takes a little time but overall a huge improvement. I’m just waiting on the cp4 fix and maybe I’ve got a solid rig.

    A/C Issues? Anyone else

I took mine to the dealer near me in Milford PA. Milford Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I didn't buy the vehicle there but brought it in prior for the cab mount TSB and was glad everything was perfect when I picked the truck back up. They didn't have any loaner cars so I went with a 2 day rental. They...

    A/C Issues? Anyone else

I had this issue last last summer when i bought my truck.. Just Got my ac service TSB done at my local dealer last week in Milford PA. I wasn't thrilled about letting them rip out the dash completely in a truck with 4k miles. Picked it back up and everything is together perfectly no rattles...

    Rattle Noise In Cab

The replacements are better than before but the noise is still there. I just worry about the damage its doing long term since it does go away completely initially then within a few hundred miles its back.

    Rattle Noise In Cab

I’ll have to take a look tomorrow but I believe the tsb repair replaced all my cab mounts. It’s crazy that your bolts were bent and one snapped ! How many miles on your ram ? Seems like this could be a much bigger problem if they don’t get it sorted. Mine were quieter after getting replaced but...

When was this released? Also do you have the tsb number. I’m going to need this done as well. For a 70k truck they are sure stacking up.
