2022 Aisin down for the count….

Got my truck back yesterday. Was kinda surprised, they only put 2 miles on the truck, when I asked about it... "you rebuilt my transmission and didn't drive it after? they said it is because they have a tool that will run through the gears". Ok. Seems odd but ok. We shall see how it does...

A case was opened with Ram Customer Care. The dealership said no ETA on the parts. The Ram Customer Care lady said she requested they be expeditated with a parts manager and next day said they were shipped with an eta of 5-7 days. So we shall see if the dealership does indeed receive the kit...

My truck went in on Friday and today they said they are trying to locate the k1 kits. We are in Central Ohio, they said they had to check the closest dealerships first. No ETA on anything yet. Sounds like Ram doesn't have an ETA to get a kit from them.

No problem. What info do you need? I'm not sure if it has the K1 snap ring, how do I confirm? VIN is 3C63R3EL9NG381428 could you share the spreadsheet? [email protected]

2022 Aisin down for the count….

My new 2022 Ram 3500 did the same thing the OP described. VIN: 3C63R3EL9NG381428 Both of our local dealers said they haven't heard of any issues when I called on Friday. So tomorrow I'm going to call the dealer we bought our new 5500 off of and see what they say. Really don't want to be...

2022 Aisin down for the count….

The same thing happened to me on Friday late afternoon, it's really embarrassing to have a brand new truck and be broke down on the side of the road. We took delivery of a new 2022 Ram 3500 4x4 6.7 diesel in February and a new 2023 Ram 5500 4x4 6.7 diesel in March. The 2022 Ram 3500 has 17k...
