Try non-ethanol fuel, if you can find it. That or make sure to use top tier fuel like Sunoco, Exxon, or even Costco. Cleaner fuel equals cleaner exhaust. Very common to have soot build up on any vehicle from that. Also limit idle time.
They did help with sag especially when we towed our travel trailer (7900lbs loaded). Little harsh over bumps. Other than that they were easy to remove and install.
I have the sumo springs that I removed from my 2022 PW. Trading in on a new jeep.
If anyone is interested... https://hdrams.com/forum/index.php?threads/trading-in-my-2022-power-wagon-here-is-what-i-have-to-sell.11376/
Anyone interested in mine? Removed it, trading in my PW.

Factory ordered a 2023 Rubicon with the XR package. Not towing anymore, and no longer need a truck.
Here are the take offs from my 2022 Power Wagon. Boost Auto Parts LED mirror turn signals, smoked strip (amber led). These are for signal and running lights (not switchbacks) $50, can ship for an...
Well I have between now and when I get the truck. So if I can sell it now I will. Why not give someone the option to buy it now? No intentions on pulling it off until that happens. Is that okay with you since it seems to bother you so much?
2nd truck, waiting to see the full updates on the 23s. Mainly it is the 2500 Rebel package with the diesel. Found that out after I got my factory ordered PW. I also am in the position to switch vehicles around when I want, so if there is something I want I buy it :).
I have it installed on my 2022 Power Wagon, sounds amazing. Unfortunately I am going to be pulling it off. Going to be moving to a 2023 when the ordering opens, possibly diesel. So if anyone is interested I will have the exhaust available (black tip), only has about 1000 miles since the exhaust...
SB intake. Air box holes drilled in wrong position. This allowed the box to make contact with the EGR harness and rub the connector till it broke. I went back to who I purchased it from since they are the one who accepted my money. If your milk was bad from the grocery store would you go...
I ordered from RealTruck a few times. Didn't have any issues until I got a product with a manufacturer defect. They said they won't accept a return if it was installed. Well how else would you know about a certain manufacturer defect until it was installed? Their return policy in the first...
So find out that I didn’t break the connector. The S&B air box makes contact with the connector. While driving it rubs until it breaks the plastic. I had to order another connector. Sent an email to S&B, no adjustments can be made since the box mounts into 3 pins using the provided grommets...
To be honest, the Borla catback is great. No drone, even with MDS. I watched the MBRP video online and noticed the drone when the guy was talking about it. Plus I picked my Borla up for $722 before the price increases. My buddy has the MBRP on his 2022 Silverado 2500 and it sounds good and no drone.
My PW with 35s is getting, at best, 9.5 (1400 miles on it). NOT towing. At the moment I am getting like 8mpg.
The Borla exhaust, and S&B intake are most likely to blame! :D
